Responsibilities
- Research user needs and behavior

- Identify opportunities for simplification, digitization, and automation of daily operations
- Map customer journeys and create service blueprints and process maps
Requirements
- Proven experience in service design or product design
- Ability to work with research, synthesis, and design solutions
- Process-oriented thinking and ability to see connections
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex things simply
- Pragmatic approach and focus on impact and results
