Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape design strategy and mentor teammates while delivering product excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create thoughtful and scalable design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Help shape our design strategy, mentoring teammates, and delivering product excellence that reaches thousands of real-world users
• Work closely with fellow product designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to execute design solutions across platforms
• Design user flows, wireframes, accessible high-fidelity UI, and prototypes for web and mobile interfaces that address user needs and align with strategic goals
• Apply systems thinking to ensure design consistency and scalability across multiple products and features

Requirements

• Relevant education or training in product design, UX, UI and/or interaction design
• Professional portfolio that highlights your process, design thinking, aesthetic excellence and problem solving skills
• Mastery of design tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam, Miro, Notion) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Jira)
• Mastery in user-centered design principles, interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking
• Strong aesthetic UI capabilities and comfort working with and evolving design systems
