UX Designer - UXD/Digital Design System (DDS)

The UX Designer will focus on creating digital and email design patterns and components, as well as interactive digital experiences. This role involves leading discovery work on new design patterns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Create digital and email design patterns and components as well as interactive digital experiences
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute design solutions across platforms
- Design user flows, wireframes, accessible high-fidelity UI, and prototypes for web and mobile interfaces
- Apply systems thinking to ensure design consistency and scalability across multiple products and features
Requirements
- Five+ years relevant experience as a UXD or related role
- Familiarity working on a Digital Design System (DDS) and understanding of atomic-based design
- Proficiency in Figma, including the ability to create components and document your work in Figma
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, including layout, type, color, and composition
- Experience with Jira and working with a product delivery team in agile processes to accomplish work within sprint deadlines
- Understanding of current WCAG accessibility standards
