The Senior Product Designer will lead discovery work to understand user and business problems and own end-to-end design for significant features and experiences. They will collaborate with product managers and engineers to ship experiences that balance user needs with business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery work to deeply understand user and business problems
- Synthesise research, data, and insights into clear design opportunities
- Define and articulate design vision that aligns with product and business strategy
- Own end-to-end design for significant features and experiences
- Create high-quality designs across the full spectrum
- Prototype ideas to test hypotheses and validate solutions quickly
Requirements
- Product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work
- Exceptional craft skills across interaction, visual, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of user-centred design principles and how to apply them in complex product contexts
- Experience working within design systems and contributing to their evolution
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance design process and output
