
Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design digital interfaces across mobile and desktop for internal and external facing products, ranging from proof-of-concept demos to customer-facing SaaS solutions. A key responsibility is ensuring designs are ready for development at least a sprint ahead, supporting implementation, and translating complex requirements into intuitive, on-brand user flows.
Responsibilities
- Design innovative features and products, ranging from internal proof-of-concept demos to customer-facing SaaS solutions for airline industry customers
- Collaborate regularly with engineers, designers, product managers, and key stakeholders to deeply understand requirements, manage expectations, and conduct design reviews
- Translate complex requirements and concepts into intuitive user flows with polished, on-brand interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design specs to support rapid engineering iteration and validation
- Partner with Front End Developers to proactively express design intention, understand technical limitations, and ensure seamless implementation of designs
Requirements
- 5+ years in a senior or staff-level Designer role, with a well-rounded 'Digital product design' portfolio with result-driven case studies
- Proven track record designing SaaS products and complex technical interfaces, ideally for enterprise customers
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe, etc.) and producing high fidelity, on-device prototypes
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams, particularly in AI or data-driven environments
- Strong understanding of user research, interaction design, and information architecture
- Familiarity with AI products and technologies and airline industry or enterprise SaaS is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
