Senior Product Designer
Linx Security 🇮🇱 Tel-Aviv, Tel Aviv Subdistrict, Israel
Lead end-to-end product design efforts, collaborating closely with Product Managers and R&D to deliver user experiences. Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve the product.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design efforts, from discovery and ideation through execution and iteration
- Work closely with Product Managers and R&D to define and deliver thoughtful, scalable user experiences, including AI-powered features and workflows
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple, intuitive flows and interfaces
- Own user experience and UI design across features, capabilities, and domains within the Linx product
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continuously improve the product
- Collaborate with customers, sales, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand user needs and pain points
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer in a tech environment, preferably B2B / SaaS (cybersecurity is an advantage)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work and problem-solving skills
- Experience designing complex systems and workflows, including data-heavy and AI-influenced experiences
- Experience designing AI-native products, where AI is a core part of the user experience and product logic
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with product and engineering teams
- Passion for building products from the ground up and improving them iteratively
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal, in Hebrew & English
