
The core responsibilities include supporting localisation and regional execution of marketing campaigns while ensuring brand consistency. The designer will manage multiple versions of creative assets and maintain organized brand asset libraries.
Responsibilities
- Adapt existing campaign creative for Germany, Netherlands, UK, and ANZ across key channels
- Prepare designs that support localisation needs
- Support the creation and maintenance of localisation templates
- Ensure assets are export-ready and delivered in the right specs for each channel/platform
- Manage multiple versions of creative efficiently
Requirements
- 1–2 years of design experience (freelance, or in-house/agency experience welcomed)
- A portfolio demonstrating strong fundamentals: layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of common design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
- Ability to work with feedback, manage multiple versions, and deliver on deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working across different markets/time zones
