Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for overseeing the effective planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects in graphic design and artistic creation. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to implement the organization's marketing strategy and ensure high-quality project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing, sales support, PR, research, and analysis teams to realize marketing and digital marketing strategies
• Create engaging, creative, and innovative graphics and content for various platforms and channels
• Propose innovative solutions, telling stories through images and graphics, introducing new ideas
• Manage multiple graphic projects from concept to implementation
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality projects
• Provide graphic support to sales teams in designing marketing materials

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe package, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Office365, including Teams, Planner, Outlook, and OneDrive
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on B2B creative proposals and presentation work
• Portfolio and/or references
• Creativity, proactivity, and openness
• Ability to work in a team and inspire its members, sharing knowledge
