Graphic Designer, Creative Resources
Percepta Remote (🇨🇴 Bogota, Colombia)
The Graphic Designer will design and produce impactful visual assets to support TTEC's sales initiatives and create visually compelling materials that align with the brand. They will collaborate with various teams to translate concepts into visual designs that effectively communicate key messages.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Sales & Support teams to understand project objectives, opportunity insights, and creative/branding requirements
- Conceptualize and design visually engaging client-facing assets, primarily for digital delivery
- Possess an understanding of corporate brand identity systems and capture the essence and tone of clients' brand elements in customized creative assets
- Work closely with members of the Proposals, Solutioning, and Sales & Sales Support teams to translate concepts and ideas into visual designs
- Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to schedules and deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic design, with a focus on B2B creative proposals and presentation work
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, for creating dynamic presentations
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
