
The Graphic Designer will design and produce impactful visual assets, primarily customized presentations, proposal documents, and infographics, to support TTEC's sales initiatives and communicate value to clients. This involves collaborating with various teams to ensure designs capture the essence and tone of corporate brand identity systems while maintaining consistency and quality.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Sales & Support teams to understand project objectives and creative requirements
- Conceptualize and design visually engaging client-facing assets, including customized presentations and proposal documents
- Work closely with members of the Proposals, Solutioning, and Sales & Sales Support teams to translate concepts and ideas into visual designs
- Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to schedules and deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic design, with a focus on B2B creative proposals and presentation work
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
