The successful candidate will collaborate with design and creative teams to create leading design solutions from brief to delivery. They will help refine the brand identity across various channels and maintain high visual quality across all outputs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the wider design and creative teams to create category-leading design solutions, from brief to delivery.
- Help refine and define our brand identity across digital, in-store channels, and internal communications.
- Be consistently innovative and creative with your approach to design and have strong visual ideas routed in concepts.
- Ensure and maintain a high visual level of quality and attention to detail across all output.
- Keep an eye on emerging design trends to inform and inspire the your work.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in relevant creative suite programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch/Figma.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A general skill level of Microsoft office software is preferred.
- Being personable and positive is also important, as we are close-knit and value radiators over drains.
