Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you will take full ownership of the design for a scoped feature or product surface, working independently across teams. You will create intuitive, user-centric designs for the AI-driven legal platform.
Responsibilities
- Understand internal and external user needs through user research and usability testing
- Design cohesive user flows and interactions using design system components
- Identify gaps in consistency and suggest improvements to existing patterns
- Craft polished, high-quality interfaces
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and others
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in software product design
- Experience building user-centric products in a B2B environment
- Experience building interfaces for AI products
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Good qualitative user research skills
