The Senior UX Designer will design intuitive interfaces and experiences for industrial technology applications, simplifying complex operations. They will lead user research initiatives and collaborate with various teams to ensure user needs are prioritized.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive interfaces and experiences for industrial technology applications
- Create user flows and interaction patterns that simplify complex operations
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems
- Lead user research initiatives with operators and field personnel
- Build and test prototypes for various use cases
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and safety teams
- Ensure consistency across multiple platforms and interfaces
- Document and communicate design decisions effectively
Requirements
- 7+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience
- Experience in usability testing
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex system design
- Experience with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready designs
