Product Designer UX/UI (Remote- based in EMEA)

The Product Designer will advocate for exceptional, customer-centric experiences, owning large portions of complex products and leading UX/UI design for new and existing initiatives. Responsibilities include defining requirements, designing detailed interactions, partnering with engineering for implementation, and owning/maintaining the design system.
Responsibilities
- Advocate for exceptional, customer-centric experiences across all Visit.org products
- Own large portions of complex products and provide leadership on UX/UI design for new and existing initiatives
- Define product and design requirements and translate them into clear workflows and user journeys
- Design detailed interactions and high-fidelity user interfaces
- Partner closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented with high quality and fidelity
Requirements
- 5+ years in product, UX/UI, or related design roles
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong experience across UX, UI, visual design, and interaction design
- Proven track record of designing and launching products
