The Frontend UI/UX Designer will design and implement user interfaces and develop production-ready frontend code. They will collaborate with product teams to ensure interfaces are intuitive and adhere to accessibility standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement user interfaces using Figma and AI-based design tools from high-level references
- Develop production-ready frontend code using Next.js 14+, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
- Create scalable, component-based UI systems while ensuring consistency, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Translate strategic requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to maintain design autonomy while aligning with business objectives
- Maintain design systems and ensure interfaces follow structured, reusable component architecture
- Identify and solve design and technical challenges independently, delivering high-quality results
Requirements
- Designer-to-developer background with advanced Figma expertise
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with frontend development using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
- Proficiency with AI design tools for rapid interface creation
- Experience building and maintaining scalable, component-based architectures
- Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage projects from concept to deployment
- Understanding of accessibility, usability, and responsive design principles
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with product teams and stakeholders
