UX Designer - Infrastructure

Design and deliver end-to-end UX solutions for complex infrastructure tools. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product experiences and ensure design decisions align with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end UX solutions for infrastructure tools
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define product experiences and design solutions for complex technical systems
- Apply UX research, heuristics, and best practices to support and improve deeply technical products
- Contribute to the development, evangelization, and maintenance of design systems for consistency and efficiency
- Participate in working groups and cross-functional initiatives to advance design practices across teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in User Experience, Design, STEM, or a compelling alternative path
- Demonstrated experience in UX design for complex technical systems or enterprise tools
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, user research, and interaction design
- Ability to balance technical feasibility with user needs and business goals
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a remote, distributed environment
