Senior Product Designer(Fixed Term Contract)

The Senior Product Designer will lead the user experience strategy for Intelligent Support Automation and Identity/User Management, translating complex technical needs into intuitive and secure user experiences. Key tasks include architecting scalable workflows for SSO/MFA and leading the UX for AI-driven support tools like chatbots.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable workflows for Single Sign-On, and Multi-Factor Authentication
- Lead the UX for AI-driven support tools, including chatbots, conversational interfaces, and automated issue-resolution workflows
- Leverage insights from FullStory to identify user friction points and validate design decisions with real-world data
- Manage the design lifecycle from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design QA
- Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to balance technical constraints with user needs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience with complex B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software systems
- Experience using analytics platforms to inform design strategy
- Preferred Qualifications: Specific experience designing Role-Based Access Control or Identity Management solutions
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing conversational interfaces, chatbots, or AI-driven tools
