Responsibilities
- Lead collaboration within a product pillar, setting a vision that aligns cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, and research
- Influence company and product strategy through storytelling, using strong narratives to communicate the design vision to executive leadership
- Mediate complex design debates and stakeholder disagreements to drive product clarity and alignment
- Lead UX strategy with a research-backed approach, grounding product experiences in user needs, market signals, and business priorities
- Establish best practices in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design for product-wide consistency and impact
- Drive the evolution of our design system and standards to support scalable, cohesive product experiences
Requirements
- Relevant experience in UX design
- Strategic product thinking
- Experience overseeing and executing high design craft and vision for B2C products
- Deep understanding of user-centred design principles
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools and workflows
- Passionate and humble with a curious approach to emerging market trends and trail-blazing experiences
