The role involves working closely with developers, data analysts, and other product team members to ensure technical feasibility and effectiveness of designs. This includes conducting design reviews, handling handover for implementation, and supervising the quality and compliance with established UX standards.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with developers, data analysts, and other product team members to ensure technical feasibility and effectiveness
  • Conduct design reviews, handover for implementation, and supervise the quality and compliance with UX standards
  • Align business viability and user desirability with product owners and managers
  • Communicate with business stakeholders to understand their perspectives and priorities
  • Talk to end-users, customers, and partners when applicable
  • Present solutions and considerations to departmental management and executive leadership when necessary

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in User Experience, Interaction Design or equivalent experience as a UX designer
  • Practical knowledge and deep understanding of design methodologies: Design Thinking, Lean UX, User Centric Design
