AI Product Designer

As an AI Product Designer, you will design product experiences from concept through launch, ensuring they are human-centered and visually appealing. You will collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to integrate AI recommendations into user workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design product experiences from concept through launch, ensuring they are transparent, trustworthy, and human-centered
- Drive visual excellence by conducting comprehensive visual exploration
- Create clear interaction patterns and visualizations for AI capabilities
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to integrate AI recommendations and automation into user workflows
- Participate in user research and usability testing, using insights to iterate on both function and form
- Stay current with the AI and Design landscape, actively experimenting with new AI-native prototyping tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field with 3-5 years of product design experience
- Mastery of Hierarchy: using typography, whitespace, and color to present information
- Refinement & Restraint: knowing when to add or remove design elements
- Detail Oriented: possessing a keen eye for pixel-perfect detail and consistency
- Deep proficiency in Figma
- Experience contributing to or managing Design Systems
- Positive Energy: bringing a constructive, optimistic attitude to collaboration and problem-solving
- Startup Mindset: being comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Tech-Forward Mindset: acting as an early adopter of new design and prototyping tools
- Communication: being a proactive communicator with the ability to effectively present complex topics
