Senior Product Designer & Researcher

This role involves leading design projects from initial research through to fully realized features and flows, ensuring solutions meet both user and business needs. The individual will collaborate extensively with Product and Engineering teams to drive the user experience forward and contribute to the design system and research practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects toward user and business solutions and drive the design work and team from research to full-realized features and flows
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and other partners to represent the UX team and drive the user experience forward
- Contribute to the design system and processes, including accessibility practices
- Support the team with thoughtful feedback and shape how we tell customer experience stories at Netlify
Requirements
- A history of leading design efforts at a strategic level for technical products, platforms, or systems
- Proficiency at iterating and circulating concepts with peers and building toward high-confidence proposals
- A breadth of experience in the iterative product development process, from problem definition to interaction and UI design
- A high level of comfort in working with developers in the presentation layer and using tools such as Figma and GitHub
