The Lead Product Designer will own the design quality and user experience outcomes for a defined product domain across multiple brands. This role involves hands-on design delivery, mentoring designers, and fostering a design culture based on insights and research.
Responsibilities
- Owning design quality and UX outcomes for a defined product or domain across multiple brands
- Actively contributing hands-on to design delivery, from discovery and concepting through to final execution
- Applying user-centred design principles to solve complex product problems
- Partnering closely with Product and Engineering to shape solutions, define trade-offs, and influence product direction through design-led insights
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product design, UX, or closely related roles
- Designing responsive experiences across mobile, desktop, and native apps
- Working effectively in lean, agile, cross-functional environments
- Leading design initiatives or partnering with Design Managers to shape product strategy and feature rationale
- Using research, data, and insights to inform and validate design decisions
- Communicating complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing
