As a UX Designer, you will work on both client and internal projects as part of the consulting business. You will be expected to apply your expertise in strategic design and user experience to create value for clients.
Responsibilities
- Working with clients or on internal projects and assignments as part of our consulting business
- Applying strategic design and User Experience expertise to deliver value to clients
- Collaborating with other consultants and teams to achieve project goals
Requirements
- Recognised expert in strategic design and User Experience (typically 12+ years of experience)
- Strong in qualitative research, synthesis, and strategic storytelling
- Comfortable working with digital platforms, systems, and data enabled services
- Able to reason about technical and organisational complexity at a strategic level
- Skilled communicator with experience influencing senior leaders
- Independent, pragmatic, and confident operating in high ambiguity environments
