Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX activities from framing the problem space to delivering production-ready designs
- Facilitate alignment across stakeholders through clear communication, structured decision-making, and evidence-based recommendations
- Plan and run discovery workshops with clients and internal teams to uncover requirements, understand context, and define product vision
- Synthesise research insights into actionable artefacts (personas, journey maps, opportunity areas, value propositions)
- Perform comprehensive UX audits on existing products to identify usability issues, gaps, and improvement opportunities and produce structured audit reports and recommendations
- Create user flows, information architectures, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Apply and maintain design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products
- Contribute to the evolution of client or internal design systems
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design system standards
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, articulating design rationale and guiding decision-making
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to capability building within the UX Discipline
- Support pre-sales activities such as scoping, estimations, and proposal inputs where UX expertise is required
Requirements
- Typically 5ā7+ years of professional UX experience, ideally in consultancy or multi-disciplinary delivery teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and mentor others
