
The Product Designer will create user-centered designs and own design tasks from concept to handoff to development. They will collaborate closely with product, tech, and other business stakeholders to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer and user journeys
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for desktop, mobile web, and mobile apps
- Design UX/UI for promo pages (landing pages, campaign pages)
- Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and visually appealing user interfaces
- Own design tasks end-to-end, from concept to handoff to development
- Make design decisions based on customer feedback, product analytics, and usability research
- Identify and troubleshoot UX and UI issues
- Collaborate closely with product, tech, and other business stakeholders
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and collective growth
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of UX principles and the ability to design complex user flows with visually appealing UI
- Advanced Figma skills
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Hands-on experience with design systems, promo/marketing pages, mobile app UX, and cross-platform design
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3
- Understanding of conversion, funnels, and key metrics
- Ability to clearly discuss and explain design decisions
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly
- High attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Customer-centered mindset
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
- English B1-B2 language skills
