Senior UI/UX Designer (Product Designer)

Hybrid Full-time Senior
The Senior UI/UX Designer will design and optimize digital user journeys across multiple platforms, ensuring customer-centric experiences. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to align design solutions with business and technical constraints.
Responsibilities
- Design ergonomic, intuitive, and scalable user interfaces for web, mobile, and tablet platforms
- Define advanced interactions and animations that enhance usability and user engagement
- Optimize complex user journeys, including subscription funnels, decision-making and discovery tools for financing and insurance solutions, point-of-sale tools, and customer portals
- Leverage and contribute to multi-brand Design Systems (Mobilize, Renault, Dacia, Alpine) while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
- Participate in the creation, enrichment, and governance of Design System components
- Ensure visual and experiential consistency across all platforms and brands
- Ensure high-quality design hand-off and UI validation with development teams
- Work closely with Product Owners, developers, architects, subsidiaries, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business and technical constraints
- Act as a design partner throughout the full product lifecycle
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (wireframing and prototyping)
- Strong command of responsive design and accessibility constraints
- Solid understanding of web integration challenges
- In-depth knowledge of UX design principles, visual ergonomics, and usability best practices
- Very good knowledge of digital web standards
- Proven experience working in an Agile environment
- Ability to understand documentation written in French and/or English
- Ability to present and justify design decisions in English, both orally and in writing
