Junior UI/UX Designer (Product Designer)

The Junior UI/UX Designer will design and optimize digital user journeys across various platforms, contributing to a customer-centric strategy. Responsibilities include creating user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes while ensuring consistency across multi-brand design systems.
Responsibilities
- Design ergonomic and intuitive user interfaces for web, mobile, and tablet platforms
- Create wireframes, mockups, and low- to high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and FigJam
- Define basic interactions and animations that enhance usability
- Support the optimization of key user journeys, including subscription funnels, decision-making and discovery tools for financing and insurance solutions, point-of-sale tools, and customer portals
- Use existing multi-brand Design Systems (Mobilize, Renault, Dacia, Alpine) in compliance with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Design System components
- Ensure visual and experiential consistency across platforms
- Participate in design hand-off and UI validation with development teams
- Work closely with Product Owners, developers, architects, subsidiaries, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality of deliverables
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (wireframing and prototyping)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility constraints
- Good familiarity with web integration challenges
- Solid knowledge of UX design principles, visual ergonomics, and usability best practices
- Very good understanding of digital web standards
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment
- Ability to understand documentation written in French and/or English
- Ability to present and explain design work and design decisions in English, both orally and in writing
