The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing user-centered web applications supporting core healthcare payor business processes, including claims, care management, and utilization management. This involves translating business requirements into intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly interfaces.

- Design user-centered web applications that support core healthcare payor business processes
- Translate business requirements into intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly interfaces design
- Collaborate with teams to design and develop applications for claims processing, care management, and utilization management
Requirements
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools
- Figma expertise is preferred
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience with designing complex workflows and data-driven interfaces
- Create user personas and journey maps that reflect the unique needs and tasks of healthcare payor users
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and HIPAA regulations
