The Growth Product Designer will collaborate with the PMM team to conduct design experiments and analyze user behavior to find solutions that accelerate product growth. Responsibilities include designing and launching experiments, creating iterative solutions, and analyzing results to propose next steps.
Responsibilities
- Design and launch design experiments with the PMM and Growth teams
- Research user behavior and find growth points in activation, conversion, and onboarding
- Create iterative solutions - from quick tests to large-scale improvements
- Analyze experiment results and propose next steps
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role for at least 3 years
- Strong UX and interaction design skills
- Understanding of product and marketing funnels (activation, retention, referral)
- Ability to formulate and test hypotheses
- Basic understanding of analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA)
- Experience with A/B testing and interpreting results
- Experience with Figma and prototyping
- Experience with copywriting and UX writing
- Understanding of PMM and growth marketing principles
- Upper Intermediate English level
