
Customer Lifecycle UX Designer (f/m/d)

As a Customer Lifecycle UX Designer, you will design intuitive user experiences for B2B software applications and optimize experiences within CMS platforms. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to improve user experience and ensure consistency across customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user experiences for B2B software applications and digital products
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex workflows
- Balance usability with business and technical requirements typical of B2B environments
- Contribute to and apply design systems and UX standards
- Collaborate with CRM teams to improve UX across Salesforce-powered journeys
- Support lead capture, onboarding, account management, and self-service experiences
- Ensure consistency across marketing, product, and customer touchpoints
- Use customer data, analytics, and behavioural insights to inform design decisions
- Partner with data and CRM teams to understand funnels, drop-offs, and usage patterns
- Support experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous UX optimisation
Requirements
- 3–6 years of UX/UI design experience
- Proven experience working on B2B software or digital products
- Hands-on experience designing complex, multi-step workflows
- Practical experience with CMS platforms such as HubSpot
- Exposure to CRM systems such as Salesforce in a customer or lifecycle context
Key Skills
- Strong UX fundamentals: interaction design, information architecture, user flows
- Solid visual and UI design capability
- Proficiency with Figma (or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of data-informed design and digital analytics
- Comfortable working with cross-functional B2B product teams
- Experience designing dashboards, admin tools, or customer portals
- Familiarity with marketing automation or lifecycle tools
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based B2B environments
- Design systems and UX standards
- CMS platforms such as HubSpot
- CRM systems such as Salesforce
