
The role involves leading the design agenda, ensuring quality through team interactions and QAs, and directing the production of visual designs and interaction models to improve product UX. Responsibilities also include telling a compelling product story to influence stakeholders and leading collaboration with creative teams, program managers, and developers to define product features.
Responsibilities
- Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring
- Ensure quality by leading interactions with teams and driving QAs while pushing the design agenda forward
- Lead the production of visual designs while overseeing the creation of a variety of visual design documents
- Identify scenarios that will turn into interaction designs
- Direct your teams to improve product UX through the creation of interaction models while acting as a liaison between users and products
- Guide communication with cross-disciplinary teams across all stages of design and development
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 8+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 6+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR equivalent experience
