UI/UX Designer - Dallas, TX

The UI/UX Designer will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and design user flows for web and mobile experiences. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure user-centric solutions are developed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, usability testing, and data-driven design iteration
- Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs
- Design user flows, journey maps, and information architecture for web and mobile experiences
- Create and maintain UI components, design systems, and style guides
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are properly implemented
- Iterate based on user feedback, analytics, and team input
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development process
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design
- Strong portfolio that showcases both UX process and UI execution
- Experience designing for web, mobile, and cross-platform interfaces
- Ability to think critically and solve design problems creatively
