The Senior UI/UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the UX and product design strategy, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. They will iterate on designs based on user feedback and work closely with developers to ensure the implementation aligns with the intended user experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the UX and product design strategy
- Support user research team in achieving their objectives
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Develop user flows, journey maps, and information architectures
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and usability findings
- Work closely with developers to ensure implementation of designs
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field
- Master's degree is a plus
- 2-5 years of professional experience in UX and product design, preferably in a B2C environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects
