- Translate workflows and system logic into clear interaction models
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI concepts
- Define scalable UI patterns and visual systems
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design
- Use motion and interaction only where it improves understanding
Requirements
- Strong UI/UX design craft and visual taste
- Ability to simplify complex systems into calm, readable interfaces
- Experience designing for technical or mission-critical products is a plus
- Comfort working hands-on and owning design outcomes end-to-end
- Portfolio showing clarity, restraint, and strong interaction thinking
