Product Designer, Principal Associate Level

The Product Designer will combine deep craft expertise with customer and business understanding to co-create innovative solutions for complex problems. This involves leveraging skills across interaction, visual, and service design to elevate the design practice and create artifacts like journey maps and high-fidelity prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Combine craft expertise with understanding of customers and business to co-create innovative solutions
- Leverage deep expertise in product design and skills across interaction, visual and service design
- Champion the customer through the design process, leveraging critical-thinking skills
- Understand and apply business and customer strategy, facilitating design process activities
- Actively build an understanding of tech and data capabilities, using this knowledge to inform work
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 3 years of experience with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating process, results, and impact
