Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and service context
- Create personas, user journeys, and experience maps
- Analyze metrics, data, and feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Define information architecture and clear navigation flows
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for validation
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency in all digital solutions
- Develop visual interfaces consistent with the brand identity
- Apply and evolve the Design System, ensuring scalability and consistency across products
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI or Service Design
- Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Confluence, and Devops
- Solid skills in research, information architecture, prototyping, testing, and data analysis
- Experience in design visual, accessibility, and application of Design Systems
- Ability to map journeys and create service blueprints with a systemic view
- Experience in facilitating workshops
- Practical experience in data-driven design and experimentation
