Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will create prototypes and design artifacts that facilitate discussion and decision-making during live sessions. You will collaborate with facilitators and technologists to translate ideas into tangible forms and document design rationales.
Responsibilities
- Create prototypes that enable discussion, validation, and decision making
- Rapidly visualize concepts, flows, and system ideas during live sessions
- Translate workshop outputs into mid-fidelity design artifacts
- Adjust designs in real-time based on participant feedback
- Collaborate closely with facilitators and technologists to move ideas from conversation to concrete form
Requirements
- 4 to 8+ years of experience in product design, UX design, service design, or related roles
- University degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong visual thinking skills and ability to simplify complex systems and ideas
- Confidence working live in front of stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience translating abstract discussions into low to mid fidelity artifacts and prototypes
