Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will lead human-centered discovery activities and facilitate collaborative workshops. They will translate insights into user journeys and actionable experience designs while partnering with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead design thinking workshops, including discovery and problem-framing sessions, persona creation workshops, user journey mapping and service blueprinting, ideation, concepting, and prioritization sessions
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders
- Apply structured methodologies to guide teams from ambiguity to clarity
- Plan and execute user research, synthesize research findings, and balance qualitative insights with quantitative data to inform decisions
- Translate user insights into user flows, interaction models, wireframes, and low-/high-fidelity prototypes
- Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with delivery constraints
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or Human-Centered Design
- Demonstrated experience leading design thinking workshops in cross-functional environments
- Strong portfolio showing persona development, user journey mapping, and end-to-end discovery to delivery work
- Expertise in research synthesis and storytelling
- Proficiency with design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, FigJam, Sketch, Adobe XD)
