The Senior UX Designer will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative solutions. They will communicate user experiences through various design artifacts and advocate for design-centered changes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative solutions
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates
- Advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements
- Develop resources such as design systems documentation and guidelines to help scale the design function
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design
- Experience in visual design principles (layout, typography, color theory)
- Portfolio, website, or relevant link to work
