The Senior Product Designer will own features from start to finish, including problem identification and solution design. They will collaborate with various teams to ensure design consistency and alignment based on research and data.

Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience designing products in cross-functional teams
- Good portfolio with real work that shipped
- Banking or fintech background is a plus
- You live in Tbilisi
- Product thinking and user research skills
- Visual design and interaction design skills
- Figma and design system skills
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to back up decisions with data
