The Senior Product Designer will own features from start to finish, including problem identification and solution design. They will collaborate with various teams to ensure design consistency and alignment based on research and data.
Responsibilities
- Own features from start to finish, figuring out the problem and designing the solution
- Talk to customers, look at data, map out journeys, and decide what success looks like
- Design experiences that solve real problems for people
- Work with PMs, engineers, analysts, researchers, and writers
- Help keep the design system consistent and useful
- Make decisions based on research and data, getting everyone aligned
Requirements
- 3-4 years designing products in cross-functional teams
- Good portfolio with real work that shipped
- Banking or fintech background is a plus
- Ability to think about jobs-to-be-done, customer journeys, and analytics
- Experience working with different teams and getting people on the same page
