
Staff Product Designer

As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead design for impactful consumer experiences across various stages such as onboarding and event exploration. You will work end-to-end, from defining problems to shipping and iterating solutions in production.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for consumer experiences across onboarding, discovery, search, event exploration, and value deliberation
- Own and evolve core consumer journeys
- Deeply understand our customers through qualitative research, quantitative data, and behavioral insights
- Lead ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces, framing opportunities and defining experience direction from first principles
- Design high-quality UI and UX, from early concepts and prototypes to polished, production-ready designs
Requirements
- 6-10 years of product design experience, with meaningful ownership of consumer-facing products
- Proven success designing for activation, conversion, and complex decision-making flows
- Strong end-to-end design skills: research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and systems thinking
- Experience shipping and iterating on data- or AI-informed product features in production, not just concept work
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data partners on technically complex products
- Strong product judgment âbalancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
