The Product Designer will own product areas end-to-end, from problem understanding through shipping, learning, and iteration, turning ambiguous real-world problems into clear, testable product solutions. Responsibilities include designing experiences like onboarding, rewards, cards, referrals, and learning flows for both kids and parents.

- Owning product areas end to end from understanding the problem to shipping, learning, and iterating
- Taking ambiguous, real-world problems and turning them into clear, testable product solutions
- Thinking in flows and systems, not just screens, while accounting for edge cases and long-term impact
- Working closely with product, engineering, growth, and operations to make informed tradeoffs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing and shipping real products
- Clear ownership, reasoning, and impact in portfolio
- Thinking beyond UI and understanding user behavior, systems, and tradeoffs
- Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information
