Senior Product Designer

Lead design on major projects from research to launch, collaborating closely with developers. Build a deep understanding of users through research and testing while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead design on major projects end-to-end: research, ideation, prototyping, launch, and iteration
- Use strong UX and system design skills to explore solutions and collaborate with developers to bring them to life
- Contribute to our design system and foster a culture of strong cross-functional collaboration
- Build a deep understanding of our users through research, testing, and close collaboration with Product Managers and our internal Customer Success team
Requirements
- Experienced in managing complex design projects, ideally in a startup environment with a small team
- Comfortable with data products and simplifying complexity without oversimplifying
- Measure success by real user impact and qualitative insights rather than over-indexing on quantitative metrics
- Demonstrated strength in system design, and rapid prototyping
- Mentor and collaborator who helps others grow
