- Lead design for a core area of Roblox Social, creating experiences that help users connect and communicate meaningfully
- Own end-to-end feature design: research synthesis, concept exploration, prototyping, interaction design, visual polish, and final specs
- Translate complex requirements (including safety and policy constraints) into clear, user-centered product solutions
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience as a UX/Product Designer, including experience leading projects independently
- A portfolio demonstrating strong craft, end-to-end product thinking, and shipped work with clear user and business impact
