Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to execute design solutions across platforms, creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile interfaces. They will apply systems thinking to ensure design consistency, leverage user research to inform decisions, and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to execute design solutions
- Design user flows, wireframes, accessible high-fidelity UI, and prototypes for web and mobile interfaces
- Apply systems thinking to ensure design consistency and scalability
- Leverage user research and data-driven insights to inform design decisions
- Proactively identify design opportunities and propose scalable solutions
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops, design critiques, and collaborative sessions
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders and present design rationale
Requirements
- Relevant education or training in product design, UX, UI, and/or interaction design
- Professional portfolio showcasing process, design thinking, aesthetic excellence, and problem-solving skills
- Mastery of design tools and collaboration platforms
- Mastery in user-centered design principles, interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking
- Strong aesthetic UI capabilities and comfort working with and evolving design systems
- Demonstrated success designing digital products and prototypes within cross-functional teams
