As a Lead Product Designer, you will shape the core platform and create seamless experiences for users managing their alternative-asset portfolios. You will drive user-centric thinking and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive user-centric thinking and problem-solving
- Navigate ambiguity and prioritize for impact
- Operate across altitudes and work on loosely defined concepts and tightly scoped deliverables
- Turn insight into action and conduct research to inform design decisions
- Elevate the craft and lead/participate in design reviews
- Champion AI-first design and collaborate deeply with stakeholders
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience
- 5+ years of experience at a senior or higher role
- Deep expertise across UI, interaction, visual design, and content
- Mastery of Figma, animation, UX research methods, prototyping, and running/participating in design reviews
- Experience designing AI-powered tools, agent interfaces, or prototyping workflows
- Portfolio showcasing strong design craft, process depth, and strategic thinking
