Conduct UX discovery through user research and usability testing to identify user needs. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with business goals and develop design systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct UX discovery that includes user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points
- Create personas, journey maps, and user stories to inform design decisions
- Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals and technical feasibility
- Facilitate design workshops and reviews to gather feedback and drive consensus
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guidelines for consistent user experiences
- Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and industry regulations
- Use data, analytics, and A/B testing to evaluate and improve design effectiveness
- Document design specifications and partner with developers to support implementation
- Identify and solve usability challenges through iterative testing and design refinement
Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related fields
