Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for internal Citi AI tools while engaging in user testing and feedback sessions. Collaborate with developers and data scientists to ensure effective representation of AI functionalities in the design.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration with Engineers: Work closely with developers and data scientists to ensure that AI functionalities are effectively represented in the design
- Information Architecture: Develop and maintain the information architecture of AI tools, ensuring logical organization and navigation
- Design Systems Development: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across internal tools
- Stay Updated on Trends: Keep updated on UI/UX trends and best practices specific to AI applications and incorporate innovative solutions into designs
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of design processes, decisions, and user guidelines for future reference
Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Graphic Design, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Communication, Engineering (any), or related fields
