The designer will create experiences for sellers to report brand infringements and improve the reporting process. They will collaborate with various teams to define unified experiences and mentor other designers.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver design solutions for complex abuse reporting and brand verification workflows where product requirements and technical feasibility may not be defined
  • Lead collaboration across diverse groups including Brand Registry, abuse prevention, enforcement, and verification teams to define unified experiences
  • Set the standard for design excellence by refining and defining interaction patterns, standards, and methods for abuse reporting experiences
  • Lead and present in org reviews and critiques, ensuring prioritized focus and outcomes for abuse prevention initiatives
  • Influence engineering team decisions to enable UX solution delivery across multiple touchpoints
  • Synthesize conflicting qualitative and quantitative data from brand owners to inform customer experience and business decisions
  • Actively mentor designers in your organization and contribute to the professional development of colleagues

Requirements

  • 8+ years of design experience
  • Have an available online portfolio
  • Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax
